We have recently integrated the Content Audit tool into the Forecast, enabling you to quickly identify what to focus on in order to achieve your target objectives.
This integration allows you to discover content optimization opportunities and their potential impact. By crawling the ranking pages of the keywords in your campaign, the Content Audit surfaces:
For each content optimization category—and the keywords covered within—you can see the number of impacted keywords, the percentage of searches leading to organic results out of total search volume for those keywords, the total Search Volume and Year-over-Year Trend, current Visibility of your website for those keywords, and the average Opportunities score. This provides an efficient way to understand the impact of your optimization actions.
The Forecast includes a summary of these insights for each scenario you create. By clicking on it, you get the lost of content issues in the Content Audit, based on all keywords included in the scenario.
Content Audit is also available for draft campaigns (part of the Build plan), displaying a one-day content snapshot of the ranking landing pages of added keywords. The full list of issues under each category and the Key changes correlated with Visibility trend in the last 30 days (top widgets are available for daily tracked campaigns.
Check your content optimization opportunities too!
The Organic Traffic module is also available for the SEOmonitor Build plan. This provides you with a snapshot of the organic traffic data from the last 30 days.
The feature is available if you have connected your campaigns to Google Analytics and Google. The connections provide the sessions, conversions, and goals the organic traffic for your campaign keywords and help you deliver more precise and reliable forecast projections.
With traffic data, the Forecast calculates Inertial Traffic, which puts the estimated Additional Traffic into perspective—as it can predict how much value the SEO campaign can bring to the business.
Access to the Organic Traffic module also unlocks uncovering other valuable keywords—which aren’t currently tracked in the Keywords module (the on-demand Rank Tracker)—thus supporting your keyword research process.
We've also streamlined the process of connecting to Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Build accounts can now connect Google Analytics & Google Search Console at a later time - and not only during the campaign setup - from the Campaign Settings.
Additionally, all account types can now link to their GA4, in addition to Google Analytics, directly during the campaign setup via the “Connect Google Analytics” step.
If you are on the Build plan and haven’t already connected GA & GSC, go to your campaign settings to get organic traffic data and enhanced forecasts.
Archive keywords strategically, not permanently. When you archive keywords in the Rank Tracker, we automatically move them to a dedicated list in the Keyword Vault.
This gives you ongoing monthly data and control so you can monitor performance and new opportunities on these unused keywords. No more losing track of keywords that you aren't actively tracking daily.
This helps you keep an eye on the keywords for which you don’t need daily data — instead of having no data — and easily decide if and when you need to move them back to the Rank Tracker.
Easily reactivate keywords whenever you need to focus on them again. Just switch them back from your "Archived tracked keywords" list in the Keyword Vault (under the Research Module) to the Rank Tracker.
With the Keyword Vault, you can maintain an unlimited number of lists of unlimited keywords. Their data gets updated monthly, enabling you to manage your keyword tracking efficiently without losing sight of future opportunities.
See for yourself - check your Keyword Vault after having archived any keywords from the Edit Mode.
We have recently added significant updates to our Forecasting product, aimed at helping you have more control over your SEO estimates and track your progress toward them through key performance metrics.
The tool now provides more options for selecting the speed of achieving specific rank goals.
You can configure the forecast per month for each keyword group, taking into consideration 3 main rank segments:
- keywords from outside the top 100 that would be in the top 100
- from top 100 to top 20
- from top 20 to target rank
The increased flexibility in setting up the forecasting timeframe brings more accuracy to the total additional sessions, conversions, and revenue estimates over time.
You can now view the estimated forecasted results in terms of Visibility or Average Rank projections besides sessions, conversions, or revenue. This helps you better understand your keywords' performance over time.
The Visibility is the blended version (desktop & mobile), while the Average Rank is the blended rank (desktop & mobile) weighted by Search Volume.
You can find them on the Monthly Forecast chart—the scenario will show the estimated data. At the same time, the objective will display both the actual and the estimated Visibility or Average Weighted Ranks.
When you set a Forecast Scenario as an Objective, a new group called "Objective | Forecast" is automatically created in the Rank Tracker, aggregating targeted keywords for easy tracking. This way, you can see and act on your progress toward your goal daily.
This feature is available for the accounts with access to the Measure plan, which also includes the Rank Tracker.
The Forecast top stats have been redesigned, reordered, and their data reorganized, so you can easily get a glimpse of the key SEO & business outcomes. Total traffic (former "Improved Traffic"), Inertial Traffic, Additional Traffic, and Ads Equivalent now display Total Sessions as the main data, and Total Conversions & Total Revenue as secondary data at the bottom of the widget.
